We are presently booking for 7 night rentals for the summer of 2019.    

 

Off Season rentals are also available at a rate of $325/night for a 3 night minimum.

 

Weekly rates are $2100/week plus 7% sales tax and begin and end on Saturday.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am for weekly rentals and 11 am for weekend rentals.

If you would like to reserve a week, please call us or submit your reservation request on the form, indicating the number of adults/children in your group.  Reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  We will confirm your request by email or phone.

To secure your reservation we require a 50% deposit ($1,050) and a signed copy of the rental agreement mailed to:

We do not charge an additional cleaning fee. We do ask that you provide us with a security deposit of $350 in the form of a separate check at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival for weekly rentals.
