Weekly:

$2250/week + $150 cleaning fee

​

 + security deposit of $600

4 Night: 

​

If we do not have a 7 day rental, inquire about last-minute minimum 4 night stays.

 4 nights  = $1400+ $150 cleaning

 = $600 + security deposit

​

​

We hold a security deposit of $600 in the form of a check or bank transfer.

Offseason Weekend rentals are available at a rate of $350/night with a 3 night minimum.  + $150 cleaning fee.

We will quickly send you an email to confirm availability and forward our complete rental agreement.

50% of your total rate in the form of a check, bank transfer or credit card payment is required to secure your booking.

Policies

• Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.  If you cancel within 14 days of your stay, we will retain your 50% deposit or offer alternate dates.

​

• Check-in and check-out. Checkin is 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

​

• Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.  We require proof of identity (driver's license) prior to booking.

​

• Events.  Parties are strictly prohibited at our property; by association rules, our home cannot be used for large gatherings of any kind; No more than 10 persons are allowed in the house at anytime.

​

• Security Deposit. We secure a $600 bank transfer or personal check which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

​

• Non-Smoking. We are 100% smoke-free; Guests are not permitted to smoke inside or outside on our property on our patio or balconies.  No smoking of any kind including vaping, e-cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars or fragrance machines allowed on the property.

​

• Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare our home before you arrive and after you depart,  Due to Covid19 and our intense cleaning, we will only book for 4-7 nights and cannot book for more than 6 adults total.  We ask that no more than 10 people enter the home during your stay.

​

• Pets are not allowed without our express written consent.

​

• Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express (3% surcharge), bank transfer and checks for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
